This month I’m loving BBC Earth’s Instagram account. They not only have my lovely whales and other strange sea creatures but all animals are showcased with a mini bio telling you about them.
I have a bachelor of science and have completed my internship to become a registered dietitian. All that stands between me and my credentials is my national licensing exam. In theory I’m studying for it right now…
Otherwise I’m occupied sorting through my things after about ten moves, walking in the park with my parents and trying to keep my tiny herbs alive long enough to plant in the soil. I also contemplate my future.
How can there be so many cool jobs in such horrible locations?
Why are there so few cool jobs?
What kind of business should I start?
What kind of lifestyle do I want to live? Because let’s be real, life is an up and down thing with with us spending most of our time trying to find the balance between extremes.
So I am doing my best to rest and restore my weary mind and body as I reconnect with old friends and make plans for the future. If only the shifting of ideas and opportunities could be as beautiful as light passing through an iridescent dragonfly wing.
I got a degree in dietetics and all I want to do is frame my embroidery and scraps of vintage lace I’ve been hoarding for years. Art wall here I come!
On a serious note, there is nothing more therapeutic than doing something creative. And next best is seeing creative things people are doing. So click the button and show me what you are up to. I’ll feature it in next month’s newsletter.
While we are waiting for my credentials to come in, today’s nutrition facts come from another one of my favorite people: Kids Eat In Color
Specializing in picky eaters, (she has a free picky eaters guide), she also provides valuable insight for the young at heart, (that would be me!). I want to know what will make my brain strong and how to fight off sickness!

This is the space I want to showcase what you all are making and doing. I can’t wait to see what you bring to the table.
Coming soon!
Looking forward to chatting next month! Until then, I hope your days are filled with wonder!
